What is Groov’n In The Garden?

Groov’n In The Garden is an annual outdoor music, arts, and culture experience presented by Mahogany Black Arts & Cultural Center and Racine Art Museum. Guests enjoy live entertainment, art, food and beverage offerings, community engagement, and a vibrant atmosphere in the beautiful gardens of Wustum Art Museum.

The Groov’n Marketplace is a curated collection of local businesses, artisans, creators, and community organizations showcasing products, services, artwork, and unique merchandise.

Is seating provided?

Limited seating may be available; however, guests are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs or blankets for comfort.

Can I bring outside food or beverages?

Outside food, beverages, coolers, and alcohol are not permitted. A variety of food and beverage options will be available for purchase on-site.

Will alcohol be available?

Yes. Beer, wine, and other beverages may be available for purchase by guests who are 21 years of age or older with valid identification.

Is the event family-friendly?

Yes. Groov’n In The Garden welcomes guests of all ages.

Is parking available?

Yes. Free and nearby parking options will be available. Guests are encouraged to arrive early for the best parking availability.

Is the event rain or shine?

Groov’n In The Garden is a rain-or-shine event. In the event of severe weather that threatens public safety, organizers will provide updates through official event channels.

Can I smoke at the event?

Smoking is permitted only in designated areas, including the outdoor cigar lounge.

Are pets allowed?

For the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are not permitted, except for service animals.
